The satisfaction of our clients is our main priority, and LLB promises to offer prompt solutions to any and all problems or concerns that may occur.
Unfortunately, LLB does NOT offer refunds, credits or exchanges for products sold or services rendered.
If for any reason clients feel dissatisfied with any of LLB’s services, please bring it up to LLB Management. We appreciate all the feedback either positive or negative to better serve our clientele.
Appointments can be made online via StyleSeat, by calling or texting LLB, and through email.
Please remember to pre-book the next appointment before leaving LLB in order to receive the desired appointment day, time, and service provider.
If clients do not see an opening for a particular time, day or month; it is because LLB is booked.
We encourage clients to check back frequently with LLB, because cancellations may occur and will be reflected online through StyleSeat. Clients may also send a text to 858.531.2545 with their availability and we will add the client to our waiting list.
Clients should be on time for their appointment with their eye makeup removed and their lashes freshly cleansed. Doing so will give LLB the absolute maximum time to apply the extensions. If the client is wearing mascara and or eye makeup, the removal time will cut into the clients’ service time and the appointment will be shortened.
If clients have a special occasion, LLB recommends the client to schedule an appointment 1-2 weeks prior to their event. This will give the client enough time to adjust to wearing our extensions and for us to make necessary adjustments to the length, curl, and thickness.
By properly planning the appointment in advance, LLB will be able to accommodate any adjustments to the appearance of the lashes as needed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
LLB strives to accommodate all clients to the best of our ability, and all of our appointment confirmations are sent via voice call, text or email. We always ask that our clients always honor their appointments with LLB.
If clients need to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we ask the client to please give a 24- hour notice before the appointment time, in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
First late cancellation is waived. Second late cancellation requires a fee of $35, and any late cancellations after that that the client will be charged $45.
No shows will NOT be tolerated at LLB, and if a no show occurs. Credit cards on file be charged a $50 inconvenience fee for the first offense. And any no shows after will result in credit cards on file to be charged full service price..
Clients who have no-showed for multiple appointments will be required to prepay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.
All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via call or text. Appointment cancellations through email are not accepted.
LLB has very high standards of care, application techniques, and products for our lash extensions. Other salons may not have our exceptional level of applications, therefore, LLB does NOT perform touch ups for clients that had work performed elsewhere and NOT at Luxury Lash Boutique, LLC – NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the client shows up for their appointment with extensions from another salon/spa, the client must get them removed, at their own expense, before receiving their application with us. This policy helps avoid the risk of liabilities, mixing different products, adhesives and materials from work done in other salons/spas.
If the current eyelash extensions are past the 5-week mark between touch-up appointments, LLB will require the client to have their current extensions completely removed.
LLB offers the removal process free of charge when a new lash set is purchased at full price.
Client Refusal Rights
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Difficult clients will be discontinued immediately and will not be able to book with any LLB Artist in the future.
LLB services require the use of sharp instruments that may be dangerous. No children under the age of 12 will be permitted in the salon.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and infants less than 6 months old will be allowed.
Due to sanitation and OSHA compliance only registered service animals are allowed inside Luxury Lash Boutique, LLC.
